Kudarata Ornate Embellished
A lot of the time, we sacrifice the wellbeing of our internal world in response to the fleeting happenings of our external. But it’s important to remember that, while our circumstances are ever changing, we are inseparable from the internal environment we carry around with us every day. Kudarata comes with the message, “this too shall pass” and a reminder of the importance of nurturing our inner world, which can be best done when we bring our attention to the present moment. In the throws of habitual jumping from past, to present, to future, when we relax into moments of stillness, it’s there we find the jewels of presence, rich with all of the nurturance we need.
