Sher asks us to consistently return to the simple foundation of love and gratitude. This way we may regularly step out of the illusion of trying to be somewhere else and step into the awareness of appreciating all we already have. Recognising things could always be better, things could always be worse and that our richness isn’t determined by what we have, but how much we appreciate all that is already here.
