This month long container is an invitation to go on a deeper journey and walk through the many different terrains with me.
Our sessions together may be once a week, but as the intention is to weave what is touched on into daily life, I ask that you only join if you have space for at least half an hour a day to devote to implementing the different practices.

The sessions will begin from April onwards. Once you've signed up, I'll reach out to you personally to arrange our first introductory call. It'll be about 30 minutes long and gives us an opportunity to drop in, meet each other and for me to get to know what you're looking to get out of this experience... So we can jump straight in on our first call.
