Sahija is here to remind you of the power that lies in what can only be felt. Although we may lose the ability to listen along the way, every one of us has an inner wisdom, ever-knowing, ever-loving and ever-present, resting in amongst the foundations of who we truly are. As we develop the connection with ourselves and quieten the mind for long enough to listen, the noise of day-to-day life slowly dissipates from its corners and the voice within can then be heard in its gentle whisper.
